What is a "Bump & Grind" ?
The Bump & Grind is a lapped race on an oval track.  The track has obstacles such as small
jumps, a "table top", curves, loose dirt, banks and mud.  Rollovers are possible.

There is a maximum of 8 cars per heat.  Each heat is 10 laps.

1st place in each heat advances to the Feature Heat.  Second place in each heat advances to
the B-Main Heat.  Heat winner receives $100, runner-up receives $75.

Feature pays TBD to the winner.

Pushing and passing are allowed.  If a car is pushed out of the track, it may re-enter at the
point of exit.

Regular Safety Derby rules apply, (ie-no hitting of the driver's door.)
