| The Bay County Fair is sponsoring a food drive. All items will be donated to the local food pantry to be used for the citizens of Bay County. Persons who donate a non-perishable food item will receive $1 off the daily parking fee of $3. ($4 week of fair) This is for all events sponsored by The Bay County Fair including races |

| Exhibitor Information Open class entry forms and 4-H Canteen Building at the Bay CountyFairgrounds, 800 Livingston Ave., Bay City, MI The 2009 Premium Book is currently available on-line in PDF format (click here) Printed Books will be available in Mid-June. Registration is scheduled for: Friday July 17 from 3-7 pm & Saturday July 18 from 9am to noon at the Canteen Building You may request an entry form from MSU Extension Office-Bay County at 989-895-4026. No Entries will be accepted after July 18th. |
| Vendor Information Merchant Vendors are welcome. Vendor space is limited to first come-first serve for both inside and outside spaces. Liability insurance is required. It is necessary for all participants to complete a criminal background check and sign a code of conduct form before an application is accepted.
